The only place that'll give you everything you need to attract women, build a business, and get in the best shape of your life.

Stepping into this version of your life has nothing to do with how lucky you are, how much money you started with, how attractive you are, the angle of your canthal eye tilt, how smart you are, where you were born, how your dad raised you, how society limited you…
And I'm telling you this as someone who was born in an environment that actively told me I would never make it in life and that there was something wrong with me, where I then spent the vast majority of my life actively trying to prove them wrong… fighting their "programming", fighting myself, and quite literally fighting other men in the cage… to finally uncovering the path out of this whole maze of insanity and building the life I actually want…
A life where I can live in any city of my choosing, doing what I love — and have people throw money at me because I'm so fucking good at it — waking up every morning with a fervent sense of purpose, all while having a loyal woman who loves me for who I am, not what I have.
The reality is… you can have all of that too, and more.
And the only thing you're missing is a single streamlined direct path to getting it, cutting through all the digital garbage and algo nonsense that is actively taking you away from your dream life. That's what I'm going to give you right here, right now, on this very page.
By the time you're done reading it, you'll know exactly why everyone around me is living a life of financial freedom, female abundance, and physical excellence — how they hit 36 goals in the span of 1 year, and what the actual system is. Nothing held back.
And to do that, we have to set the scene and show you exactly what's going on…
It's 2026. We live in one of the most divided times in human history. You can be the biggest doomer and find perfectly substantial evidence on why there is no point in trying at anything anymore.
At the same time, here's the facts.
…You see it on Instagram, you see it on TikTok and you see it on X…
And I want you to see something else — that it's easier than ever to make money online (the fulfilling way), date (good) women and build the dream body (not as compensation to get the girl or to feel enough, but as a by-product of being healthy).
Because after all, the opportunity is out there, the information is out there and more than anything — the men doing it are no different than you.
That's what Thumos is all about. Thumos is a digital brotherhood of men from all walks of the world, all stages of life, and all fields of pursuit — committed to excellence, action, and improvement.
Scroll down to learn about the structure that makes it impossible to fail.
...because we've designed this for realistic human emotions and behaviour patterns. I'm not going to give you some obscure esoteric law that you need to infer. This is a step by step breakdown of how we get you from living a life where you feel stuck and lost, to a life where you are actively getting everything you ever wanted.
Because most people don't think about their life in categories... and because they don't, they can't actually tell if they're making progress or going in circles. There's no structure to measure against, so every day just kind of blends into the next one, and before you know it six months have passed and nothing has really changed.
And it's not because you're not trying — it's because your attention is going in too many directions at once, and that makes it almost impossible for your brain to lock onto something and go deep on it.
So what we did is take everything that actually matters in a man's life and compress it down to three realms.
...and when you sit with each of these for even a minute, something comes up. Maybe it's your confidence around women, or how you show up in a relationship you're already in... maybe it's finally building that business, or getting to the point where money isn't something you stress about... or maybe it's the fact that you've been meaning to take your health seriously for years and you keep pushing it off.
The point is — there's something in each of these that you want, and you already know what it is. You've just never built your life around actually going after it.
...because saying "I want to get in shape" doesn't tell you what to do when you wake up tomorrow. And a 12-month goal is so far away that your brain just files it under "someday" and moves on with whatever's in front of it right now.
But 30 days is different. 30 days is close enough that you can picture exactly where you'd be if you actually committed... and far enough away that real change can happen.
That's 3 goals a month and 36 in a year. The first thing you do when you enter is set these — something specific, something real, something you can actually point at in 30 days and say "I did that." And when you hit it, you set the next three... and the compound effect of continuously hitting goals like this is what turns someone into a completely different person over the course of a year.
Not just on the days where you feel good and motivated... but on the days where you wake up and everything in you is saying not today. Those days are the ones that matter, and those are the days where most people fall off.
And the reason they fall off is because they've been taught that taking action is about discipline... that you need to force yourself through the resistance, push harder, grind more, wake up earlier — and that works for a while, until it doesn't. Until you burn out and you're right back where you started wondering what's wrong with you.
But here's the thing... nothing is wrong with you. The approach is just backwards.
Think about it like this — on a good day, you have more drive than resistance, so you just naturally get things done. On a bad day, the resistance is higher than the drive, and that's when you freeze up and nothing happens.
...and what most people try to do is crank up the drive — more motivation, more pressure, more guilt-tripping themselves into action. But that's exhausting, and it never lasts.
What if instead of trying to force more drive... you just took away the things creating the resistance?
So what actually creates resistance? It's things like having a massive to-do list that overwhelms you before you even start... or setting an expectation that you need to do 3 hours of deep work, and then doing nothing because 3 hours feels impossible today... or carrying guilt from yesterday that makes today's action feel pointless... or simply not knowing what the most important thing to work on even is.
And if you've been paying attention... a huge part of that resistance was already removed by the first pillar. Because when you know where you're heading and why, the overwhelm of "what should I even be doing right now" just disappears. You're not spending energy figuring out the direction anymore — that's already handled. So when you sit down to work, you're only spending energy on the work itself.
Identify the one thing within your milestone that would genuinely move you forward today... and do it. That's your whole job. Not a morning routine, not a 3-hour deep work block — one action. And what this does psychologically is massive, because you're telling yourself "if I get this one thing done, I'm free. I've had a productive day. I've gotten closer to my goal." It kills perfectionism and overplanning in one move... because you can't overthink one thing.
And the gratitude piece shifts your baseline so you're working from a place of having, not lacking... which alone changes how much resistance you feel when you sit down.
You post your one action in your squad channel, the bot logs your streak, and you get on with your day. Takes about 30 seconds... and that one small act of posting is what keeps the chain going.
You know when you're playing a game — Skyrim, FIFA, whatever it was for you — and you're chasing the next level or the next unlock, and you look up and it's 3am and you genuinely cannot stop? That feeling where the game is pulling you forward and it takes more effort to stop than to keep going?
...that's what we did to your daily action.
Every post earns a point. Streaks earn bonuses. Your squad pools points together to unlock rewards... and what happens is your brain starts treating the daily action the same way it treated levelling up in a game. You're not thinking about discipline anymore — you're thinking about not breaking the chain.
You quickly post your action, get your point, and before you know it you're in flow state... not because you forced yourself into it, but because the friction was already gone and the momentum was already pulling you forward.
Here's what your worst day looks like now.
Same person, same bad day... but the system around you is different. The clarity already removed the confusion, the simplicity took care of the overwhelm, and the game gave you something you don't want to lose. By the time resistance shows up, it doesn't have anything left to grab onto.
Not a lazy day — those are easy to push through. I'm talking about the day where something deeper switches off. You stop posting. You don't open the app. You tell yourself you'll get back to it on Monday... and Monday comes and goes, and then a week passes, and before you know it you've completely fallen off and the idea of starting again feels heavier than when you first began.
And the worst part is you might not even realise it's happening while it's happening. The slide into apathy is invisible from the inside.
This is how it ends with every system you've ever tried. The app, the course, the community — all of them eventually lose you, because there was nobody on the other side who noticed you were gone. The group chat kept going without you and nobody said a word.
Not a notification on your phone... a real person. Someone who knows you well enough that when you go quiet, your silence actually means something to them.
We researched how the Greeks and the Spartans and every great military civilisation in history actually produced capable men... and the answer was never better training content or more information. It was always the same thing — small units of men who depended on each other. Where your performance wasn't just about you, it affected the man standing next to you.
That's what we built.
...and this changes everything about how you relate to the streak. Because now it's not just a number on a screen — it's visible to people you actually care about. Your squad sees your record, and you see theirs... and there's a version of pride and shame that only exists when the people watching are people you're genuinely close to. People you've been vulnerable with. People you sat across from and made a commitment to.
That's what makes this different from any accountability system you've tried before... you all signed the same agreement and committed to the same standard, and that creates a bond that is genuinely hard to betray.
That's not an algorithm or an automated email — that's a man who noticed your absence and reached out because it mattered to him... and that single moment is often the difference between someone who disappears permanently and someone who gets back on track the next morning.
Inside the squad, you're not just being held accountable — you're learning to hold others. The men ahead of you mentor you... they've already been through what you're going through, and they can see your blind spots before you can. They course-correct you before you waste months going in the wrong direction.
But here's the part that actually transforms you as a person — you mentor the men behind you. You learn to listen to their problems, to actually be useful to another human being, to carry someone else's weight alongside your own. And in doing that, you crystallise everything you've learned at a level you never could have reached just by doing it for yourself.
Mentorship is the piece that develops the man... not just his metrics or his streaks, but who he actually is underneath all of that.
New members join and start catching up to you, so you can't coast... and the men ahead of you keep climbing, so there's always someone to chase. On top of that, your squad is competing against other squads — so you're united as a team while being pushed to grow individually. It creates a kind of pressure where standing still ends up feeling more uncomfortable than just doing the work.
Here, it's the one thing the structure won't allow... not because it punishes you, but because the people around you have seen too much of who you really are to just let you disappear. They won't let it happen.

The man who built it, lost it all, and rebuilt everything ten times over.
Most men have never been in a room with a man who is completely free.
Watch twenty minutes. You’ll understand why men fly across the world to train with him.
He has seen what men look like before and after a forge exists in their life. That is why he built one.
He has competed at the highest levels of professional combat. Built a seven-figure business from nothing. Lost everything to circumstances most men don’t survive. Rebuilt from a position most men don’t come back from.
He does not teach from theory. Every domain he trains men in — he has been tested in under real stakes. The kind that don’t give you a second attempt.
